Half from routine running. Alhamdulillah.

Tip Untuk Jogging Bulan Puasa :

1. Jangan pikir banyak sangat. Bila dah start, insyaAllah berjalanlah segalanya.

2. Calculate risk. Make sure simpanan tenaga boleh sustain sampai iftar. Camna nak tau? Ni kena faham badan sendiri punya kemampuan.

3. Niat untuk recharge badan supaya tarawih jap lagi dan qiyamullail malam karang dapat perform the best. Allah confirm tolong!
